Scheduled a 2nd that they missed without a phone call. Called me a liar on the 2nd attempt saying they scheduled a different time. Not real pleasant interaction when we finally got frustrated tearing down our old bed in anticipation of the new TWICE only for them not to show or call. Yet somehow our fault for being frustrated with these folks.
