  It's kind of refreshing to have work done by somebody that is thorough, and obviously cares about what he does. I've alway been a little scared to hear somebody tell me what might be wrong with my zero-clearance fireplace. Scott's recommendations made absolute sense. Some of the items I regarded as potential damage required no repair... other items that I had no previous knowledge of required repair. Regardless... I fully understood Scott's recommendations and trusted him. I have no doubt that he sought to recommend the repairs that were necessary for safety... without running up costs for unnecessary repairs.
