  I recently had a chair reupholstered that belonged to my mother. I'm passing it down to my son. With that said,it has sentimental value to me. I was so pleased with the workmanship, the customer service, and the fact they had it finished when promised. I've had bad experiences in the passed, it means a lot to me when people actually do what they say they'll do !!!!! My leather chair has multiple rows of tufting, and they were perfect. they even touched up the wood trim which made it look brand new !!! My mom would be pleased !! I highly recommend Andy and Randy and their crew !!! Very polite and mannerly !!! I am looking forward to having many more chairs take on a new life by Fine Touch Upholstery !!!! Delete review
