  Horrible service, bad attitude and terrible customer service with no sense of business ethics. Purchased a new scarf and tried to wear it over the weekend and realized that it had some holes in it and was clearly a damaged product. Went back to exchange the scarf with a receipt within a week and all I received was an attitude and rudeness from the girl who said its not their problem and they don’t know if it was sold like that. She was stupid enough to say that exchanging is the same thing as returning. That's when I realized that she had no business sense, if I wanted to return it I would ask for my money back and take my business else where. Whereas I gave her a another chance to make things right. Needless to say she didn't care and I left the store knowing that I am not going to return and this store is not going to stay open too long with this kind of service and attitude. I also let them have their stupid scarf to show that even though I had paid for it I wasn’t ever going to wear it again!
